The NSW Multi-Institutional Ocular Cancer MDT
This multidisciplinary team (MDT) includes specialists, nurses and a variety of other health professionals who work together to coordinate the care of patients with eye (ocular) cancer. This is a state-wide service.
Meetings are held every eight weeks, with urgent cases discussed between meetings.
Canrefer does not list all MDT members, only specialists that patients may be referred to during their initial diagnosis and treatment.
People with cancer should be referred to a specialist who is an active member of an MDT.

The NSW Multi-Institutional Ocular Cancer MDT coordinates care for patients with:
- eye (ocular) cancer.
Cases discussed include those for treatment planning and ongoing management and care of patients newly diagnosed or living with ophthalmic cancers.
