The St George Hospital Cancer Care Centre provides a cancer service for both inpatients and outpatients offering medical oncology, radiation oncology, haematology, allied health and supportive care services as well as palliative care services at the St George Hospital.

St George Hospital has multidisciplinary teams for the following tumour groups; including Breast, Colorectal, Hepatocellular Carcinoma, Head and Neck, Gynaecological, Lung, Lymphoma, Prostate Brachytherapy and Upper Gastrointestinal, Neuroendocrine, Peritonectomy, and Neuro-Oncology.

The St George Cancer Care Centre is a part of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
