Lismore Base Hospital is a major hospital, with 260 beds, in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. It provides a wide range of medical and surgical services including chemotherapy, haematology oncology and radiation therapy at the North Coast Cancer Institute. It is supported by a 24 hour emergency department, intensive care and cancer clinical trials unit. Lismore Base Hospital is part of the Northern NSW Local Health District.
